How to switch to a raw food diet through fasting. Dry fasting and raw food diet

All smart, observant people know that during illness the human body does not require food, or, conversely, after a crisis the body requires certain foods (apples during high temperatures).

Therapeutic fasting and raw food diet

The body, according to the program laid down by God, does not need food (which requires effort), and directs all its forces to eradicate the disease.

That is, a person’s conscious refusal to eat for 24 – 36 – hours is a NORMAL, correct action of a person who wants to be healthy and makes efforts for this.

There are two types of therapeutic fasting:

  • On the water. A person refuses to eat any food, but be sure to drink high-quality water, at least three liters per day;
  • Dry fasting. The person does not ingest food or even a gram of water at all. Schematically, in terms of therapeutic effect, one day of dry fasting is equal to three days “on the water.”

Dry fasting and raw food diet

Dry fasting is completely safe for human health. Toxins are destroyed by the body where they are found. This fact is the positive main difference between dry hunger and “wet” hunger.

What are the dangers of water fasting? The way the body gets rid of toxins that may be in the human body “visibly - invisibly”.

During a water fast, toxins are not burned by the body where they are located, and all (except for a small amount excreted through breathing and skin) enter the bloodstream, and then “go” to the liver and kidneys.

If a lot of toxins rise at once, then the kidneys may not be able to cope with such a volume of waste processing and will fail (renal failure). And then, without the “artificial kidney” device, the person will die.

Therefore, before switching to a raw food diet, a person must carry out cleansing procedures for the liver, intestines and kidneys so as not to expose their health to stress.

Raw food diet after fasting

They come out of the hunger strike only on plant foods (cabbage, cucumber, carrots) without any fats of plant origin. There are differences in exits from hunger strikes, but this is not the topic of this article.

We can only state that coming to a raw food diet through fasting is the correct, most painless way.

When refusing to eat, the body directs all its energy to eliminate those problems in the human body that “homo sapiens” did not even know about.

Schematically, healers claim that the body directs 50% of its energy to maintaining constant vital activity (the operation of all internal systems), and 50% to obtaining energy from incoming water and food.

When a person stops ingesting food and water, all 100% of the body’s energy goes to maintaining its vital functions (including eliminating problems for which there is not enough energy due to the need to process food and water).

How to satisfy hunger on a raw food diet

When a person switches to a raw food diet, he will be “haunted” by a constant feeling of hunger for some time. There is no need to be afraid of this fact and think that “there is something wrong with me.”

Constant hunger during a raw food diet for some time is something all people who want to become healthy go through. Consume as much vegetables and fruits as your stomach can hold and as your budget can support (just kidding).

My path of spiritual self-improvement began with Vadim Zeland’s book “Reality Transurfing”. This was around 2009. In one of his books, Vadim Zeland mentioned that only a few in the world know what real health is and that you can achieve it through proper nutrition. At that moment I felt quite great, but I began to wonder how it would feel even better. And I started reading books on separate nutrition, on fasting, and eventually got to the raw food diet. Being a meat eater, I first decided to eat separately and once a week I had a so-called fasting day, i.e. I was starving. Of course, there was pressure from relatives, saying: “Why are you showing off, live like everyone else.” My explanations of proper nutrition had no weight, because what could a “foolish child” (which I will remain in the eyes of my parents even as a 40-year-old man) know about healthy eating, and about life in general. In general, my persistence lasted for about 2 months, after which I began to live “like everyone else” again. But somewhere in the depths of my soul there was still a small light burning, reminding me of a healthy lifestyle.

After about a year, I decided to thoroughly take up unfinished business and completely change my diet. At that time, I was no longer interested only in health, but also in the purity of the subtle body and spiritual self-improvement in general, although I did not fully understand what it was. After reading about a dozen books on raw food nutrition, I decided for myself that the most optimal transition to a raw food diet would be through long-term fasting. Having studied the issues of fasting, breaking out of fasting and subsequent recovery, I decided that this whole thing would take about 3-4 months, fortunately I had this time and a place where I could spend this time in solitude. Having outlined an entry point for myself, I began to prepare, not so much physically as mentally, because the maximum experience at that time for me was 3 days, and here I decided to fast for 21 days. I continued to read books on fasting, re-read some again and came to the conclusion that 21 days was not enough, 30 were needed, after some more time I added another 10 days and finally settled on 40 days of fasting. The day of entering the fast was approaching, I warned my relatives; of course, they did not believe that it was possible to survive without food for even three days, but they could not change my firm decision. I told my friends that I would be busy for about 3 months, but I didn’t say what, most of them still don’t know about my experience. Three days before the fast, I decided to eat raw food, which, of course, didn’t work out for me and I added a little boiled porridge to my lunch ration.

And so this long-awaited day, May 30, 2011, came for me. The first day went great, I almost didn’t feel like eating, I drank about 2 liters of water. Speaking of water... All sources on fasting write that it is better to use spring or well water, or in extreme cases, melt water. I couldn’t afford this and drank regular tap water infused with silicon for at least 3 days, and also made melt water, but not more than 2 times a week. After 3 days, the hunger completely disappeared, the body realized that it would not be fed and began to clean itself. From the tenth to the fifteenth day I practiced dry fasting. The first three days of dry fasting went quite well, I almost didn’t want to drink, but it was very hot and hard to sleep. The next two days I was terribly thirsty, water was bubbling in my head and images of all kinds of drinks flashed in my mind, I even remembered soda from my distant childhood. I planned to end the dry fast on the morning of the sixth day. I went to bed at 9 pm, but could not sleep, my mind literally crushed me with images, memories and ideas of different drinks, I imagined how terrible it would be to be in the desert without water... At 12 am I gave up and began to gradually emerge from dry fasting. As it was described in the articles, you first had to drink 6 sips, I took at least 10, then after half an hour 12 sips, I couldn’t stand even 15 minutes and drank another 20 sips, after another 15 minutes I drank a glass of water, Finally, having satisfied my thirst, I went to bed. Many sources describe that after the 21st day, strength begins to return, I waited until the 30th, but they never visited me. There were days when it was very difficult to even get to the toilet, mostly in the evenings it became easier and I even went outside for a walk in the backyard so that people, especially acquaintances, would not see me. A friend who was aware of my fasting called me an alien, since I lost 17 kg of weight and at that time weighed 40 kg with a height of 170 cm. During the fast, I cleaned the intestines with the help of an Exmarch mug, the plan was to do this every week, but the last two weeks of fasting I didn’t have the strength to do it or I just didn’t want to, in general, as soon as I thought about cleaning, the strength immediately left me and it was hard to get myself off the couch. From about the 15th day I measured my body temperature, and it did not rise above 35 degrees. My hair was strong, shiny and silky throughout the fast; I washed it about 12 times, and then mostly in the first two weeks. There were practically no hairs falling out on the comb during the entire fasting period; they could literally be counted. For the last ten days I have literally been counting the hours until this will all end. On the 36th day it became very bad, I drank a glass of water and after a couple of minutes I was vomiting some kind of green liquid with mucus, this continued about five times, I didn’t attach much importance to it, for me it was just cleaning. On the 37th day, I was already thinking about breaking the fast, there was an incredible heaviness, my eyes were dazzled, I literally felt like toxins were floating in my blood. On the 38th day, I called my mother and asked her to buy oranges and lemons for going out, because... It was hard to go grocery shopping on my own, I packed some things and went to live with her for a couple of weeks while I came out of fasting.

After a week of raw food diet, I was “attacked” by a wild glutton, I literally ate salads by the bowlful. It began to seem to me that a raw food diet was not such a cheap diet. Later I learned that according to Ayurveda, our mind remembers everything that is not given to it, and as soon as it begins to receive it, it goes to extremes trying to make up for lost time. After another 10 days, I had a little more strength, I gained 5 kg of weight and decided to start jogging in the morning in order to somehow begin to regain my physical shape. I was horrified by my endurance, I could hardly run one lap around the stadium (350 meters), after the first half of the lap I felt wild shortness of breath, the second half I either walked or tried to run, barely moving my legs. Of course, I ran early in the morning so as not to scare others with my dystrophic appearance . A week later I could already run 2 laps, after another 4. Then a horizontal bar caught my eye and then I remembered school physical education lessons, when overweight classmates were hanging on the horizontal bar and squirming like sausages trying to pull themselves up at least once. I was also hanging on the horizontal bar and could not lift myself even a couple of centimeters. Fortunately, I had a friend working with me all this time, who helped me pull myself up, and generally supported me in every possible way, I think that it would have been much more difficult for me to train alone, and it would be difficult for me to force myself to do anything alone. A month later, from the day of my first run, I already ran 2 km without much shortness of breath and fatigue, after that we went to the horizontal bars and uneven bars, I had already done pull-ups 3-5 times, on the uneven bars 10. And then I decided that I needed to resume my training, before fasting I had been doing break dancing for about 10 years. I continued to be horrified by my physical form. Before fasting, I easily did strength exercises, carried my body in every possible way with my hands and did quite complex elements. The guys at the training were in shock, I wasn’t there for only 4 months, and I even forgot how to stand on my hands and didn’t have the strength to do anything simple using elements. Of course, I didn’t talk about the fact that I was starving, they are not ready for such information, they have no understanding of what it is for, and indeed that you can live without food for more than 3 days. About a month after the start of withdrawal, my hair began to fall out terribly and this lasted for 2 months. I regained my previous weight in about half a year, and my strength and previous shape in just a year. As such, I did not feel any stamina or excess strength on a raw food diet, as many book authors describe, most likely due to the long recovery of the physical body, and the duration of my experience lasted only half a year of a pure raw food diet, and half a year of a raw food diet with the addition of dairy products . According to Ayurveda, milk promotes the development of thin brain tissue and should be drunk warm at night. I experienced the beneficial effect of milk from my own experience, my worldview became sharper every day, I began to realize the deep meaning of many things, and information that had long been in my memory acquired a new, deeper meaning. Further study of Ayurveda led me to the conclusion that a raw food diet is good only in the warm season, when there is a lot of fire energy and little prana in the air. And in the cold season, a raw food diet can lead to some diseases due to an excess of prana and a lack of subtle fire. It is believed that our mind is of a fiery nature and for its functioning we need the energy of fire; in the warm season the mind receives this energy from the air, and in the cold season from food cooked on the fire. In general, my experience with a raw food diet stopped not because of this knowledge, but because I did not have the opportunity to buy my own food.

From all of the above, I would like to highlight some observations of Ayurveda and my own:

Prolonged fasting is a powerful asceticism; without first preparing your mind, you can get a mental illness.

Practicing prolonged fasting simply for the sake of cleansing the body is pointless, because cleanliness of the body is, first of all, cleanliness of the mind.

By practicing long-term fasting as asceticism in order to achieve any MATERIAL goals, you can get short-term purity of the body, stomach ulcers, mental disorder, even more clogging of the mind and a set goal that will not bring either happiness or pleasure.

By practicing long-term fasting, as an asceticism, to achieve any SPIRITUAL goals, you can obtain purity of body, mind and achieve your goal.

As for the raw food diet, purity and peace of mind are also important here. Food carries certain emotions, for example, meat - these are emotions of anger and fear, constantly being angry or offended, which is the same thing in terms of energy, it is impossible to give up meat, because. the supply of these emotions is consumed and the mind requires its replenishment with the desire for something meaty.

Also, a lot depends on the people around us, if we communicate with people who consume meat, alcohol, tobacco, use swear words, lies, gossip, anger and condemnation towards someone, in such a company it is difficult to change the diet, not to mention cleansing mind.

In general, by changing your diet, you must also prepare for changes in life.

Fasting is a very powerful tool in the right hands. It is perhaps the most effective way to switch to a raw food diet. Subsequently, this skill becomes a valuable weapon for combating many “misfortunes” in the arsenal of a raw foodist.

In this article we will look at the impact of pre-fasting on the transition to a raw plant-based diet, and briefly discuss the preparation for this event and the exit. We’ll also talk about the advisability of further use of fasting.

Why fast before the transition?

If our goal is a raw food diet, then fasting will be an excellent tool for quickly switching to a new food system. This is not due to cleansing the body of toxins, as is commonly believed, but to a “reboot” of the microflora and “erasing” of old food habits.

During hunger, all organisms inhabiting our organs are sharply deprived of their food source, and their numbers rapidly decrease. Everyone is “distributed”, both pathogens and beneficial microorganisms. And since at this point in time “ours” are in the minority, fasting is undoubtedly beneficial. When we go out on raw plant food, we, “forgetting” about our harmful companions, “fatten” only our own specific microflora. At the same time, its quantity will grow much more rapidly, because microbes will receive significantly less resistance from “evil competitors”, whose ranks have greatly thinned out. When the old biocenosis is loosened and broken, it is much easier to build a new one.

It is important to understand that fasting does not heal or create miracles. This is a reminder to our body of what it should be! Which is the incentive for change, restoration and healing. It is a turn towards our natural physical state and a gentle push in its direction.

Therefore, preliminary fasting is also an excellent way to reconfigure your eating habits according to your “natural blueprints”. After a long period of abstinence from food, it becomes possible to re-form them. And this is especially valuable for our purposes.

And of course, the effect of all of the above increases with every day spent without food. The longer the period of hunger, the easier it is to “reset” eating habits and the easier it is to rebuild the microflora. For the future, preliminary fasting will also lay a solid foundation that protects against breakdowns, cravings for cooked food and gluttony.

General health improvement, cell rejuvenation, cure of diseases and “boosting the immune system” are also mandatory companions of therapeutic fasting.

Entry and exit from fasting

Login is quite simple. We gradually reduce the “heaviness” of food, first we refuse obvious narcotic products, an abundance of proteins and fats, fried foods, oils, etc. And gradually we “slide”, through fruits and vegetables, to complete hunger “on the water”. The option of eating to your heart's content before starting fasting is not effective for a lot of reasons.

Choose your fasting period based on your personal experience and preferences. It is advisable to fast for at least 15 days; it is during this period that the old epithelium is desquamated along with the microflora. The type of fasting is “wet” on ordinary filtered water, or even better from a natural source. “Dry” hunger will not work in our case.

There is no point in writing about the progress of fasting; this is beyond the scope of the article. The process is very individual and in some ways even intimate. Here everything will be decided only by personal experience, collected knowledge about your body and self-discipline. Attempts to cover even general aspects would go far beyond the scope of this article.

The most important stage that you should take great care of is a successful exit. It will determine the entire effect of fasting. Remember, the wrong way out can negate the entire effect of abstaining from food, or cause serious harm to the body! You shouldn’t even get involved in fasting if you haven’t taken care of a way out in advance! This is especially true for products. Prepare them both quantitatively and with quality in mind. After a long period of not eating, the reaction rate to food poisons narrows, so going out on low-quality products is fraught with great damage to the body.

The exit will be built according to the classical method of Yu.S. Nikolaev. The selected product will be carrots and their juice. The transition to a new diet is not complicated: first we drink diluted carrot juice, then without adding water, and then you can add pulp, i.e. fiber.

The exit period must be no less than the fasting period! Haven't eaten for a week? At the end of the day, we drink diluted juice for a couple of days, gradually reducing the percentage of water, then undiluted for 2-3 days, and for the rest of the period we add hard carrots. This recovery choice is optimal for us and here’s why:

Vegetables will be preferred over fruits. They alkalize the body, making the exit from fasting more comfortable and quickly transfer it from the “self-eating” mode to external food sources. Fruits, by their very nature, will prolong fasting.

Carrots contain all the necessary nutrients and perfectly build up only the microflora we need. It is also the simplest and most accessible vegetable, loved by many since childhood.

After leaving, we are already beginning to expand our, now raw food, diet. We add fruits, vegetables, nuts, guided by updated taste preferences. If possible, make the base vegetable, then the construction of the species microflora will be of higher quality and faster.

Raw food fasting

Is there any point in fasting on a raw food diet? Indeed, during the transition period, the body is already partially in a state of deficiency - it is deprived of its usual sources of nutrients and is forced to intensively adapt to new ones.

During the transition, until the new microflora “settles down”, it is difficult to refuse food even for one day. It makes sense to fast if there is a reason for it, for example an acute cleansing crisis or an infectious disease. “Eating so that you have the strength to fight the disease” is stupidity, which in nature only humans are capable of.

It is also possible to starve for no reason if you have the desire and complete confidence that you will be able to get out well without breaking into overeating. If you have no desire, don’t force yourself. Well, if the body is already strenuously “asking not to eat,” then we carry out this command as a sacred duty.

After completing the transition, after adjusting your digestion to a new type of food, fasting will be surprisingly easy! The body, gradually eating microflora reserves, is able to feel absolutely comfortable for 1-3 days without “refueling”. Hunger will become the strongest weapon in your arsenal for a war against many troubles. And it's always at hand!

Warning: the article is not an exact instruction and does not call for rash actions. Fasting is a very powerful tool, but neglect of safety precautions and lack of experience can cause serious harm.

If you have no experience, start with the “24 hours”, gradually increasing your experience. It is recommended to immediately engage in long-term self-medication only under the supervision of a specialist or in special clinics.

To begin with, I advise you to familiarize yourself with the classics of this technique to understand the processes and the set of knowledge. All the books you need on fasting are there.

29.11.2015 Vladimir Zuikov Save:

Hello, dear readers! Vladimir Zuikov is with you again. A constant feeling of hunger on a raw food diet is not only unpleasant, but also dangerous. Many raw foodists burn out on this and return to their usual diet. After all, when you want to eat, you can’t think about anything else. But there is a solution to the problem!

Today I will talk about hunger on a raw food diet, its causes and what to do about it. Sit back and read today's article very carefully, because your entire raw food diet depends on it.

Many raw foodists view hunger very negatively because they don’t know how to get enough on a raw food diet. It is the constant feeling of hunger that causes many problems. That is, it seems like I just ate and want to eat again. I ate again and 20 minutes later I was hungry again. Sound familiar? Of course it's familiar. But this is not normal. Next we will look at this issue in more detail, but first we will decide what we are dealing with.

What is hunger?

The feeling of hunger is a natural phenomenon when the body tells a person about physiological or psychological needs.

Most modern people think that they experience hunger only when the body needs food to maintain life. No, friends. In fact, a certain area in the brain is responsible for the feeling of hunger, which can provoke artificial hunger (appetite). For what? The answer is simple: to have fun.

In the modern world, people eat a lot, 3-4 times more than they actually need. People are accustomed to enjoying food, replacing many emotions with it. People also eat when they are stressed or just for company.

All this creates addiction to food. A person overeats and cannot control it. But what exactly is the matter with a raw food diet?

Feeling hungry on a raw food diet

During consultations, I usually manage to almost immediately determine why a person experiences a constant feeling of hunger, even though he eats raw food in large quantities.

The most common reason is that a person, even before a raw food diet, was accustomed to eating his emotions and fears. He had always felt hungry before, even when his stomach was full. And on a raw food diet everything got even worse.

On the one hand, this happens because the level of mental pleasure from food has decreased. Raw food is not very tasty at first and is less filling. No usual food - no pleasure - the brain rebels and demands a return to the usual environment. But there are also purely physiological reasons that are temporary and pass quickly enough.

The feeling of hunger on a raw food diet varies. It all depends on the stage of raw food diet you are currently at. For a beginner raw foodist, hunger manifests itself in its own way, while for an advanced raw foodist it also manifests itself in its own way.

1. Hunger during the transitional stage of a raw food diet

In the initial (transitional) period of a raw food diet, hunger can be simply brutal. This is usually quite normal. After all, when a person switches to a raw food diet, the body also adapts to the new food.

The reason is that at the beginning of a raw food diet, our gastrointestinal tract does not know how to assimilate new, yet unusual food. Therefore, raw plants, although they contain a lot of useful and necessary things, are absorbed quite poorly. It is a fact! It happened to me too. No matter how much you eat, almost nothing is digested. This is especially true for greens and many vegetables.

You need to understand that the digestive system of an experienced raw foodist and a beginner raw foodist is not the same thing. I can tell you this from my own experience. The newbie's intestinal microflora became accustomed to the old diet, which was rich in chemical foods and boiled meat. Therefore, she continues to demand old products to which she is accustomed and which cause the usual rotting and fermentation.

I already wrote a little higher that modern man eats too much. At the transition, this psychological habit makes itself felt. A person wants to experience the usual heaviness in the stomach after a heavy meal. But raw food does not give this heaviness... And in order to feel a state at least somewhat reminiscent of the usual, you need to eat a lot of raw food. This is what happens to most raw foodists.

The fact is that at the initial stage, when food is poorly digested, the cells starve. A raw foodist seems to eat a lot, but digests little. That's why it's so easy to lose weight on a raw food diet.

There is an option - eat raw food and wait patiently. Over time, having endured a constant feeling of hunger on a raw food diet, the body will cleanse itself and get used to the requirements of the new microflora. Typically this period takes 6-8 months. After this, you will understand that it is not the quantity of food that is important, but its quality.

Of course, the main thing is not to turn into a skinny prick, as often happens. Weighing 45 kg with a height of 180 cm is very abnormal, guys. But this is a topic for another discussion.

2. Hunger at an advanced stage of raw food diet

By advanced stage, I mean the time after 6-8 months of a pure raw food diet, when friendly microflora is formed in the intestines ().

Of course, for many raw foodists this period is much longer, because they break down and also do not know how to properly form the microflora. And it is advisable to do this from the very beginning of a raw food diet. As a result of the problem. Sometimes the transition lasts for years and ends with a complete return to the boiled usual diet.

So, when the microflora is formed correctly, hunger has a completely different nature. The body gets used to plant foods. Now she becomes familiar and familiar to him. As a result, hunger decreases.

It looks something like this. I often have my first meal at 11-12 pm. I don’t want to eat before that. There are times when you completely forget to eat. I already wrote somewhere on the blog that one morning I didn’t eat, and only remembered about it in the evening. I decided not to eat at night, but ate the next day. Hunger doesn't control you. It’s normal when it’s you who decides when to eat, and not the putrefactive bacteria in your intestines.

At an advanced stage, hunger becomes a friend. It doesn't interfere much. On the contrary, it increases your ability to work and activity when you haven’t eaten. Why do you think this happens? I’ll give you a hint: remember the lifestyle of people who lived several thousand years ago. Write your answer options in the comments.

So, there is almost no such thing as a raw food diet at an advanced stage. Yes, sometimes, of course, it overtakes you. Especially when you see fresh greens after winter. You pounce on it and immediately eat the whole bunch. Apparently the body needs it. By the way, fresh, juicy greenery always gives you a ton of energy.

Okay, I hope I clearly explained how a raw foodist feels hunger at different stages. Go ahead.

How can a raw foodist overcome hunger?

Enduring a constant feeling of hunger on a raw food diet is not an option. You want to eat and you need to do something about it, right? Here are 3 steps that help with this:

1. Mix products correctly, form microflora

I noticed that a lot of people think about eating nuts. Friends, this is far from the best solution. If only because nuts are hard on the stomach. But there are other reasons, the main one of which is that they form putrefactive microflora. I have already written about this more than once, and I will not repeat it.

Stirring food is also not a good solution. Yes, you can fill your stomach and hunger will go away for a while. But this causes rotting and fermentation in the intestines. And this is simply terrible for the microflora and human well-being, guys.

All this constant weakness and thinness on a raw food diet grows from here. The stomach is constantly full, but almost nothing is digested or absorbed normally. Therefore, you need to mix food with each other competently, with an understanding of the issue.

To address the issue of proper mixing of products with each other, I have developed a guide to the compatibility of raw foods with each other. An extremely important topic for any raw foodist!

2. Stock up for future use

Many have noticed that hunger is more painful in winter than in summer. That is, in summer hunger is relatively easy to bear. There is nothing surprising about this.

  • It's hot in summer, skin pores are open, and the body is more busy cleansing. That's why I want to drink more than I eat.
  • In winter it’s the other way around: you don’t really want to drink, but you constantly want to eat. Energy is required to warm the body and to maintain many processes.

Therefore, in order to always have a snack at hand, you need to make supplies in advance. For example, grow something at your dacha, buy something at the market, something in raw food online stores. Do not allow a situation where you do not have raw food at home, otherwise in most cases you will end up consuming cooked food.

3. Create an individual diet

The best and most effective against hunger on a raw food diet is to create an individual diet. He is the one who will help you get enough. In general, I always say that you need to start with your diet, no matter how you look at it.

I'll tell you my experience. At the beginning of the raw food diet, I did not know about any individual diet. I seem to have been eating raw materials without any problems, slowly. Yes, I took into account the compatibility of products with each other. This gave me a huge advantage and therefore many of the typical problems of a raw food diet bypassed me.

But then I started thinking about creating a diet just for myself. I collected information for a long time and tested it in practice. Then I realized how much nutritionists are mistaken. Even on cooked food, their advice does not always work, and this is not suitable for a raw food diet at all.

I had to collect information bit by bit. I managed to create my first individual diet. At first there were quite a few mistakes in it. But after several months of practice, I managed to correct the main ones. After that, I was no longer tormented by questions like: how to eat a balanced diet in each season so that the body has enough of everything?

An individual diet is a great thing. I can’t imagine how it’s possible to eat raw food without it. Before switching to a raw food diet, I strongly recommend that you create a diet yourself or contact me for help in creating it.

That's all for today. These are my recommendations on how to cope with hunger on a raw food diet. Mix food compatible, take care of supplies and create a competent diet on a raw food diet. And hunger will be a very minor problem for you. And you will reach a new level of raw food diet - a raw food diet without constant feelings of hunger, gluttony and breakdowns. I wish you good luck in your endeavors!

P.S. Guys, if you have questions about the article, feel free to ask them in the comments. And also don’t forget to share the article on social networks, so that other people know how a raw foodist can cope with hunger correctly.

Many raw foodists will understand me - when you are a raw foodist for more than 2 years,
there is a need for fasting. In our body there are two
energy systems - one extracts energy from food, the other
works from an external invisible source. And in the absence of food this
the second system is gaining momentum. And this is the state of the body without
digestion - it is one of the goals of fasting.

I fast twice a year and this time I went to the Carpathians
to the school of healing abstinence of Anna Yakuba. The group has already begun fasting,
some went for 7, some for 9, and some for 11 days.

The first days were acceleration days. I got involved, did exercises with everyone,
I walked a lot, as is expected at school. The first signs of
that I was hungry, appeared on the 4th day. This was the first sleepless night.
But anyone who has been hungry knows that you can hardly sleep on dry hunger.

On the 5th day I decided to climb Hoverla.

It was an adventure. I was walking
up, my heart was pounding. The top seemed so far away. And in
During one of the rest stops, I suddenly realized that I shouldn’t look at
the top - you need to look under your feet and look for convenient areas for
every step. After this insight, I walked like a machine. Looked up
looking at the Carpathians from the top - I didn’t even think there were so many mountains in Ukraine!
In the evening we returned to base.

My body felt great. I felt like
superhuman, I walked a lot, meditated, reflected on my life. AND
I realized that joy comes from simple things - from sex, from
money earned, from physical activity, from eating, from drinking, from
communication with nature.

In the Carpathians, unity with nature was felt especially acutely. You lie
on soft grass, flowers all around, not a single thorn, no biting
insects Your body absorbs the coolness along with the dew. Morning
The sun is not too hot yet, it is pleasantly warm.

During fasting, you feel a constant heat, you want to get into the water.
But before 7 days swimming was prohibited. And one day it rained. I wandered
On the way, drops poured down my face, down my collar, I got wet to the skin. And this
it was so great! And when you start swimming, you can’t get out
this icy river. You sit under the waterfalls, dive into this coolness and
you can't buy yourself.

What happens during such retreats? You break out of your routine
everyday life and throw yourself into such a test when the body
forced to extract water from everything inside and around. You're shaking and
it's freezing, you're turning inside out from insomnia, you don't know where
what to do with yourself, you think about what you spend your life on, where it is
should go through, with whom should one spend one’s time, how to earn money
life. You see how your body works, what food it needs. You
you look at other gnawing people, how they endure hunger.

The famous doctor Arnold Ehret said - if you want to check in what
condition of your body - fast for a couple of days and you will feel everything.
Of course, raw foodists go through hunger much easier.

A raw food diet is a way to a new level of existence. This is a different norm. This
different homeostasis. Imagine this difference - in ordinary life you
you get pleasure from strong tonic substances - coffee,
alcohol, tobacco. And here is the same intoxication, but from vegetables and fruits.
Each meal is accompanied by the release of endorphins and light
intoxication. But this is for advanced raw foodists ☺

Sometimes it seems - well, as much as we can talk about a raw food diet - everything is the same
everybody knows. But after such shocks I want to shout about this
effective nutrition system! I want to shout about the benefits of fasting! AND
I will tell and promote this image again and again
life.
