What are your basic principles for working with children?

My main principle in working with children is person-oriented interaction, where the child is taught, developed and socialized so that he can realize himself as an individual, so that the need to know himself, life, and the world awakens in him. Implementation of an individual approach to each child, development of children's creative abilities.

The principle of psychological comfort, where pupils I ensure the emotional well-being of each child and the development of his positive sense of self. Creating a single space "Family + kindergarten» , in which everyone feels comfortable, interesting, safe, useful, and prosperous.

Why did you decide to participate in the Competition?

The competition provides an opportunity to improve your professionalism and show your experience working with children. The competition will help improve pedagogical skills, self-development, develop creative potential, and celebrate the best aspects of my profession.

Tell us about your approach and methodology educational and educational work, which I use in teaching.

How do you think a preschool educational institution can solve the problem of shortage kindergartens in the region?

Opening family educational groups of both structural divisions and institutions of additional education.

Opening additional groups using the internal reserves of functioning preschool educational institutions.

Reconstruction of preschool educational institutions with additional rooms (for GCD, for game centers, bedrooms).

Creating private children's gardens and their state support.

Creation of consultation centers for parents and children who do not attend preschool educational institutions.

Departure of qualified teachers - educators to your home to provide the necessary practical assistance.

Provide the preschool educational institution with transformable furniture to expand the group space.

What is your idea of ideal kindergarten of the future?

Children's the garden should always and everywhere be a second home for children, and educators second real mothers.

For a quality educational process in children's a modern developing subject-spatial system should be created in the garden Wednesday: computer rooms, choreography classes, gym, winter garden, herbal bar, sensory room. Groups kindergarten light, spacious, equipped with transformable furniture (where the table turned into a house or ship).

The areas are equipped with sports attributes so that there is a lot of greenery (lawn grass, trees, flowers). Verandas are equipped for children's naps during the warm season. And so that children, parents, employees always feel kindergarten comfortable and cozy in this small state.

MY APPROACH

In my work with children I use the following technologies: ICT, gaming, developmental, health-saving. I, as a teacher, treat the child as an individual, an equal partnership. I provide the right to choose and take into account their interests and needs; I respect their right to an individual point of view, to make independent choices.

Person-centered model education I implement it using modern technologies. I use research technology. Research skills and abilities acquired in children's games and GCD, are easily grafted and transferred to all types of activities. It is much easier for a child to learn science by acting like a scientist (conducting research, conducting experiments) to obtain knowledge in a ready-made form.

With the help of project activities I develop pupils' independence, activity, initiative, creative and communication abilities.

ICT technologies are convenient, efficient, and exciting.

In my work I use: computer, multimedia projector, printer, DVD player, TV, tape recorder, camera (video, interactive whiteboard.

Types of interactive materials: photographs, videos, video clips (fairy tales, films, cartoons, children's educational computer games.

The use of interactive materials allows you to increase perception materials due to the amount of illustrated material; allow you to make adjustments during educational activities, carry out joint work of children in interaction, and carry out an interactive relationship between child and teacher.

The use of multimedia presentations provides visibility that promotes perception and better memorization of material, which is very important, given the visual-figurative thinking of preschool children. Graphic, text, and audiovisual information are used simultaneously.

The use of new methods of explanation and reinforcement, especially in a playful form, increases children’s involuntary attention and helps develop voluntary attention.

ECD using information and communication technologies encourages children to search and cognitive activity. The high dynamics of GCD contributes to the effective assimilation of material, the development of memory, imagination, and creativity of children.

Health-saving technologies used in educational-educational process: physical exercises, outdoor and sports games, finger exercises, breathing exercises, massage and self-massage, hardening, etc.

When using health-saving technologies improved health indicators pupils and group attendance. It is important to note that health-saving technologies are implemented with all group pupils.

II All-Russian competition “Educators of Russia”

Participated in the competition stage 1 question answer. (Maybe it will be useful to someone)

Why did you choose this profession?

It happens that you initially choose one profession, but end up doing the exact opposite. This is exactly my case. I graduated from college as a sewing production technologist, and now I work as a teacher. I think that this did not happen by chance, because even as a child I dreamed of becoming a primary school teacher. A teacher is a profession that maximally reflects my interests, and is the most promising for me and the most suitable for my soul.

What do you consider your greatest achievement in working with children?

The main achievement in working with children is the joy on their faces when they come to kindergarten. The kids know that today will be interesting. I am a creative person, so I try to treat my work the same way. They happily adopt my experience, imitate me, try to make something with their little hands and give it to me to bring joy.

What are your basic principles when working with children?

My main principle of working with children is the principle of trust and understanding, as this is the key to successful work. I try to support every child in his endeavors. In my opinion, without trust and understanding, further work with children is not possible.

Why did you decide to participate in the Competition?

I love participating in competitions. I think that competitions help take a break from everyday life; competitions are also one of the ways of self-improvement, which is simply necessary in the profession of an educator. After all, we cannot teach children anything if we do not improve ourselves. This is also one of the ways to make new acquaintances or simply chat with interesting people. And of course, the prize also plays an important role.

The main features of the educational process, the use of innovative techniques.

During the educational process in our kindergarten, a humane pedagogical system is implemented using modern methods and pedagogical technologies.

At the moment, it is difficult to imagine the educational process without the use of innovative techniques, in particular ICT. They allow the teacher to more accurately convey the idea to the children. Allows you to achieve the maximum amount of knowledge, a wide range of practical skills and abilities.

How do you imagine an ideal educational organization in the future?

Kindergarten is a child's second home. I would like it to be light, warm and cozy. The kindergarten must be equipped with everything necessary for the development of healthy children. Play is the leading activity of a child, which means that for an ideal educational organization of the future, the main thing is to create conditions for play. I want a kindergarten where the child will grow up to be independent and proactive, mentally and physically healthy, and I believe that the teaching profession will become more prestigious than it currently is. Teachers will be happy that they work in a kindergarten, where their work is appreciated.

Looking through the competition materials of our winners, you understand that, in addition to high achievements and awards for participation in municipal, regional and federal competitions and conferences, an important role in assessing the activities of a teacher is played by his attitude to his chosen profession, the difficult role of a teacher in modern society and, of course, his attitude towards children. Olga Aleksandrovna Laricheva

- What are your basic principles of working with children?
“Today there is no longer any doubt that a modern child is not the same as his peers were several decades ago. Life, the objective and social world, the expectations of adults from children, educational models in the family, and pedagogical requirements in kindergarten have changed fundamentally. All this, in turn, requires us, teachers, not only to change approaches in working with children, but also to change ourselves, to be, first of all, an assistant and organizer for children: to create a friendly, psychologically comfortable environment for children in difficult situations. help the child understand where he is wrong, admit and correct the mistake and get the planned result, notice and record the child’s success, support his faith in his own abilities; organize the educational process, not by giving knowledge in a ready-made form, but by creating situations for children to develop a need to discover knowledge.”
- What do you consider your highest achievement in work?
- “I consider participation and victory in the All-Russian pedagogical competition “Teaching to Learn”, organized by the Federal Institute for Educational Development and the “Institute of System-Activity Pedagogy” to be the most significant achievement. Achieving a high result became especially significant for me, not only because my work took first place, but, above all, because the organizers of the competition and members of the jury are truly leading scientists in the Russian preschool education system, dealing with the problem of adapting the system-activity approach to working with preschoolers. The high score allowed me to conclude that I am on the right track.”

Excerpts from the competition work of Tatyana Nikolaevna Serova

Why did you choose this profession?
“As a child, unfortunately, I did not go to kindergarten. However, I remember my younger sister’s teacher well. She was attentive, kind, cheerful and spent a lot of time with children. At home I often played kindergarten. As children, I had dolls to whom I told things, taught them and had parties, sometimes even scolded them for disobedience. It was during this period that I realized that I wanted to become a teacher. This desire remained with me throughout my life and never faded, but on the contrary, it became even stronger. I was looking forward to seeing my dream come true... Studying at the pedagogical school was very interesting and exciting for me. Subsequently, thanks to a wise leader, experienced mentors, wonderful colleagues and understanding parents, I succeeded as an educator and am immensely grateful to my fate for this.”
What do you consider your greatest achievement in working with children?
“There is nothing more valuable than a child’s trust. The ability to win him over is the most important thing in a teacher’s work.”
Why did you decide to participate in the competition?
“The modern rhythm of life requires us to constantly grow professionally and have a creative attitude to work. Participation in the competition, in my opinion, will help to analyze and rethink the stages of my work. I believe that participation in the competitive movement is a good way of self-esteem and an incentive for development.”

We wish Olga Aleksandrovna and Tatyana Nikolaevna further success in their professional activities, fruitful preparation and successful participation in the final stage of the III All-Russian competition “Educators of Russia”.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Why did you choose this profession?

A child is a restless nature: he is constantly on the move, in search of answers to his questions, he is a researcher exploring the world. Just like a child, I can’t sit still: I want to create, invent something new, comprehend the unknown. I like to be in the world of childhood, where I have the opportunity to create a fairy tale for a child, immersing him in an atmosphere of goodness, love, and miracle.

What do you consider your greatest achievement in working with children?

I consider my main achievement in my work to be the emergence of mutual understanding with children and the trust of my students.

Your basic principles of working with children

Naturally, the main principle in the work of a teacher is: “Do no harm.” It is very important to adhere to it, because... A child's soul is very vulnerable; any careless, thoughtless action of a teacher can lead to irreversible consequences and ruin a little personality.

I also adhere to the principle: “Every child is a unique personality” and try to create conditions for the development of everyone’s abilities.

The next principle in my work is: “Do not allow the child to remain idle.” I believe that a child’s interests need to be developed, stimulated to be busy, and not allow laziness and apathy to creep into the child’s soul.

I would like to try my hand, to get confirmation that I am on the right path.

How, in your opinion, can a preschool educational institution solve the problem of shortage of kindergartens in the region:

How do you imagine the ideal kindergarten of the future:

In the kindergarten of the future, the child himself decides what he will do today. Teachers adjust their work to meet the child's needs. Children grow up in an atmosphere of creativity, love and care. Only caring people work in the kindergarten. There are 10-15 children in groups, and the teacher has enough time to work with each individual individually.

MY APPROACH TO WORKING WITH CHILDREN

I approach raising children guided by the principles of humanistic pedagogy. My little work experience led me to the idea that children need to be loved and accepted for who they are, and everyone’s uniqueness should be recognized. You should not demand the impossible from them, but it is necessary to create conditions for them under which the child himself would come to an understanding of any requirement for himself and would want to fulfill it.

I am an adherent of a person-centered approach to raising children and the main requirement for my work is the organization of the educational process based on deep respect for the child’s personality, taking into account his individual characteristics, and treating him as a full participant in the educational process.

As you know, the basis of personality-oriented education is freedom. I try to adapt to the child’s development process and do not interfere with its course. But it is important not to let the education process take its course. It is necessary to create conditions for the child’s self-development, organize the entire educational process in such a way that, seeing the child’s difficulties, we can help him in a timely manner.

Now I work in the first junior group. Being a teacher is a big responsibility, and even more so in an early age group. Joint activities should not only be interesting to children and give them emotional pleasure, but also be aimed at the comprehensive development of the child. That is why my tireless students, led by their senior friend and mentor, come up with something new and exciting every day.

“We play and develop” - this is what I call my photo report on the methods of educational work with young children.

I regularly work with my students on sensory development: we learn to examine objects, highlighting their size, shape, and color. This work promotes the development of perception and thinking, coordination of hand and eye movements.

I pay special attention to the development of physical qualities and enrichment of children’s motor experience. Thanks to this work, children master age-appropriate basic movements, show a desire to play outdoor games, and develop physically and spiritually.

Children learn to play together, imitate the actions of each other and adults, thereby becoming participants in a system of social relations.

The development of children's creativity is given a special place in my work. I believe that work in this direction contributes to knowledge of the world around us, teaches the child to feel and love its beauty.

Head of kindergarten:

During her work, teacher Onoprienko Natalya Anatolyevna showed herself to be a creative person. I would like to note the following professional qualities of the teacher: love for children, hard work, efficiency, discipline, fairness. Personal qualities that should be noted are humanity, kindness, patience, decency, honesty, responsibility, respect for people, morality, goodwill, and emotional sensitivity.

Although she is a young teacher, she has been working in kindergarten for 8 years. She went from a kindergarten cook to a teacher, having at one time also been a junior teacher. Natalya Anatolyevna carried out and continues to carry out her work with great responsibility. I notice that children happily come to her group, because the teacher never deprives anyone of his attention, and has his own approach to everyone.

The teacher found her own forms of interaction with parents: visiting and questioning families, setting up photo stands with reports on working with children in the group, organizing exhibitions of joint creativity, corresponding with parents by e-mail.

The teacher constantly improves his professional level by attending methodological associations and seminars among urban educational institutions.

I would like to note the teacher’s creative approach to work. The children of her group are constantly involved in a variety of activities: play, motor, work, etc.

I think that Natalya Anatolyevna Onoprienko should try her hand at the regional competition “Leaders of Preschool Education”. I think that she will have many worthy opponents, but she is no less worthy of victory, thanks to her approach to work, inexhaustible energy and creativity.

Parent:

During her time working in the first junior group, teacher Natalya Anatolyevna Onoprienko showed herself to be a knowledgeable, creative person, capable of finding a common language with children. Carrying out the educational process, the teacher is guided by modern requirements in the field of education. Her work is aimed at protecting and strengthening children's health, developing and supporting children's cognitive and creative initiative.

Natalya Anatolyevna’s classes are distinguished by their focus, variety of methods and techniques, they are interesting and educational. The teacher uses a variety of didactic, visual and handout materials, and computer presentations.

Natalya Anatolyevna organizes the life activities of children in kindergarten in accordance with the principles of harmonious education: taking into account the psychological age of children, the opening prospects, the equivalence of the main spheres and free choice. Each child gets the opportunity to master the main spheres of life (“nature”, “society”, “self-knowledge”), he has the right of self-determination, free choice (what, how and with whom he will do). The completion of one or another act of activity should open up new horizons of activity and carry within it an incentive to set a new goal and task.

Natalya Anatolyevna is a creative teacher, an open and friendly person. She is the one who deserves to win the competition, because... her professionalism and responsible attitude to her work help our children grow and develop in accordance with their capabilities and needs. Children feel the comfort of the group, the location of the teacher, no one feels left out.

Parent:

My child attends the group in which Natalya Anatolyevna Onoprienko works. I think that we were very lucky that we ended up with her.

I would like to note such professional qualities of the teacher as attentiveness, patience, and a person-oriented approach to the child. Personal qualities worth highlighting are kindness, calmness, sensitivity, balance, willingness to help, desire to cooperate, and sociability. The teacher fully copes with his job: he knows how to use playful moments when organizing and conducting classes, he knows how to convey complex concepts to the consciousness of children in a form accessible to them.

I think that if Natalya Anatolyevna wins, she will be happy to share her experiences in the field of raising and developing children with everyone. Winning the competition will give the teacher confidence in the correctness of his actions and will give impetus to improving his professional qualities.

Hello, dear site visitors!
I welcome you to my page!

The main thing in the upbringing and development of children is to treat the child as a unique, free, inimitable individual, with his own development plan, his own ways and timing of mastering the world around him.

Every child dreams to be loved and appreciated just like that, because he is him, because there is no other like him, and there never will be.
AND
adult task give this love to your children. And to love is try to understand the child, live by his interests, consider him your comrade, see him as a partner in business, games, recreation and life.
Of course, seeing another person, a personality in a child, and understanding him is not an easy task, but we will try to solve it together to the best of our mental strength and mental capabilities. Let's share useful experiences so that our children grow up well-mannered and healthy!

About Me

Why did you choose this profession?

I dreamed of becoming a teacher since childhood. When we moved to 4th grade, our class teacher Maria Dmitrievna Ushakova asked us a question during class: “What do you want to become when you grow up?” And I wrote that I wanted to be a teacher to teach children. Since then, my desire to become a teacher has not changed. Now it seems to me that I had this desire, somewhere on a subconscious level. Having worked for almost 20 years, I have never regretted my chosen path. Opening the way to new knowledge by teaching children, I learn myself every day, develop in my profession, and stand on the path of constant knowledge. Without this, there is no way in our profession: while improving his teaching skills, a teacher must engage in self-development, replenish his knowledge base, so that he has something to give to his students later.

What do you consider your greatest achievement in working with children?

The profession of a teacher provides an opportunity to constantly develop spiritually, mentally, and creatively. Each new day of working with children is different from the previous one; it certainly brings new discoveries. And it is up to the teacher to make sure that his students want to make these amazing discoveries with him, so that the child’s soul strives for new knowledge, and the interest in the child’s eyes does not fade. The most important achievement in working with children is when children love you and are happy to meet you. And let the years pass, my first graduates, having become adults, still greet you and smile at you when they meet. This is what I consider the highest achievement.

What are your basic principles for working with children?

The principle of creating a comfortable, friendly atmosphere for children.

Treat every child with respect. Each child is a person, an individual, and when developing a child, you must always remember this!

To teach a child not only to assimilate and remember the amount of knowledge, but most importantly to show the ways through which one can find the answer to a question that interests the child.

Books that shaped my inner world

My view of the world

How, in your opinion, can a preschool educational institution solve the problem of shortage of kindergartens in the region:

In the 90s, when the birth rate fell in the country, three groups in our kindergarten were closed. They opened a gym, bedrooms for groups, offices for a psychologist, speech therapist and other services. I believe that in kindergarten many services have been created that are not directly related to the pedagogical processes, to the main purpose of the preschool institution. Many of the services can be transferred to the municipal level. This would make it possible to open a group. I think other kindergartens have a similar situation.

TO How do you imagine the ideal kindergarten of the future:

Our kindergarten looks beautiful. It has been renovated, new furniture and play corners have been purchased. And this is very good, because it is impossible to develop in children a love of beauty without seeing it. In our kindergarten, a website for our institution has been created, where they constantly tell about what events, competitions were held. Parents can communicate in the forum, ask questions, and share their opinions.

At the forum, parents were asked the same question, the main thing in all the answers was a kind, caring teacher, and only then swimming pools, greenhouses, modern equipment - interactive whiteboards, etc. After all, parents, leaving their children in kindergarten, leave the most precious thing they have. When they can calmly go to work and work at work, and not think about whether everything is okay with the child - this is the ideal kindergarten both in the future and now.
