The most “budgetary” part of the expenses was the commemorative photograph... A local photographer who was allowed into our garden asked for 1400 for a folder with two photographs... I had to agree. The neighboring group refused. As a result, they took almost the same photos (even better) for 600 rubles, although they were not photographed in the garden. We also invited a photographer - 4 thousand. and video recording 8 thousand, for 3 hours, + disks with photos and videos for everyone.
It took 500 rubles to decorate the group (balloons, streamers, posters) - we decorated it ourselves.

There was no choice at the Olympics, but the prices were normal, our “in season” medals cost 150 rubles.
What would I save on now? First of all, in the paintings, the neighboring group donated 3 reproductions, small in size (in my opinion, of the writers Tolstoy, Pushkin...) They were cheaper. And the third group donated trees for planting... Secondly, in the photographs - it was also necessary to refuse the local “loan shark”, you can order cheaper on Eva. Just order in advance, January is the ideal time for this, or even earlier. Video recording, in my opinion, is also not necessary. But as it turns out, I’m the only one who likes to look at photos, the rest like videos. More flowers, if you make them yourself and buy them in bulk, will cost less. True, the choice will be small. For example, on Teacher's Day, I twisted bouquets of 3 roses and a large pile of greenery. And most importantly, beautiful packaging!
